Terms of use
These terms apply when you use CFO, a service provided by NerveBusiness, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Using CFO
You must provide accurate account and company information, keep your login details secure and use CFO only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for choosing which actions CFO may complete automatically.
Free trial and subscription
CFO includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the service costs BHD 29 per month and is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect from the next billing date. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of documents and communications sent in your name. You remain responsible for your own accounting, tax and legal compliance, including deciding when professional advice is needed.
Acceptable use
You must not use CFO for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity, attempt to access another company's information, interfere with the service, upload malicious material or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Your information
You keep ownership of the information you add to CFO. You give NerveBusiness permission to process that information only as needed to provide the service, including sending documents and reminders on your behalf, matching payments and creating summaries. Our Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.
Service availability
CFO is provided as is. We use reasonable effort to keep it available, secure and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every automated result will be correct. Features may change as the service develops.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, NerveBusiness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability connected with CFO is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending access
You may stop using CFO and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security risk or use the service unlawfully. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these terms or CFO.
